Launch of the TDS Group firm's mission within the framework of the Regional Climate Resilience Project (RCRP), held in Moroni from October 19 to 25, 2025
The international firm TDS Group, hired under the Regional Climate Resilience Project (RCRP), carried out its first mission for data collection and consultation with stakeholders and telephone operators in order to better conduct the feasibility study of a cellular broadcasting system for the Early Warning System (EWS). On October 20, 2025, the RCRP officially welcomed the TDS Group mission at our offices. This meeting allowed the validation of the mission's agenda and the launch of the second phase devoted to technical consultations for the development of the interim report. On this occasion, working sessions were held with the Directorate General of Civil Security (DGSC), the Technical Directorate of Meteorology (DTM), the main EWS actors, as well as consultations with telephone operators, namely Comores Télécom and Yas.
