Launch of design studies for the construction of five regional offices of the DGSC

As part of the Regional Climate Resilience Program (PRRC), a contract was signed with the firm FICOMA for the execution of preliminary design (APS), detailed design (APD), and execution design (DAO) studies for the construction of five regional offices of the General Directorate of Civil Protection (DGSC). With an execution period of 2.5 months, this contract will provide the DGSC with detailed plans for the future local civil protection units located in Mitsamiouli, Diboini, and Foumboni (on the island of Ngazidja), Sima (on the island of Ndzouani), and Fomboni (on the island of Mohéli). As part of this mission, site visits were conducted to prepare the Preliminary Design (APS), which is the first deliverable of this consultation. These infrastructures will help strengthen the territorial presence and operational capacities of the DGSC in risk management and population protection.
